Sourced from the Bannockburn subregion, this was whole bunch pressed with juice straight to barrel for fermentation with wild yeast before more than a year in barrel on full lees. The result, a vibrant, savoury, finessed and complexed Chardonnay, with ample cracked stone, hints of flint, fine earthy lees, and driving citrus flecked acidity to a very lengthy finish.
