Wine Description

In the glass, the Fleur de Lune Blanc displays a brilliant, pale golden-straw hue. On the nose, it offers a fragrant, highly expressive bouquet featuring ripe yellow pear, white peach, sliced pineapple, and white floral blossoms, accompanied by subtle hints of honeycomb and fennel.

On the palate, this blend typically consists of 50% Clairette, 30–40% Grenache Blanc, and 10–20% Viognier. The palate strikes an extraordinary balance between fleshy stone fruit and crisp, mouthwatering acidity. Natural low-temperature vinification without synthetic inputs preserves pure varietal fruit, while maturation on fine lees in concrete tanks (90%) and large neutral demi-muid oak casks (10%) provides subtle weight and texture without heavy wood notes. The finish is clean, saline, and refreshing.
