Francois and Manuela Chidaine have been making some of the region’s most distinctive wines since the late ‘80s, among the earliest proponents of biodynamic winemaking and regenerative agriculture. Ripe, peppered & a touch vegetal with a gleaming heart of gold – red-verging-on-black fruit, bright acid & Dusty Springfield tannins.
