This lightweight, spicy red is an unusually delicious ‘must-try’ for Italian wine lovers.  Alessandria’s “Speziale” Verduno Pelaverga is a regional benchmark.” - David Lynch, Sommelier

Aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, rosemary flowers, light pepper. Suave and juicy, with light tannins. The red Pelaverga grape is native to Verduno; there are less than a dozen local producers who craft pure Pelaverga wines. Often served with a light chill.
