G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé presents a luminous salmon-pink robe with bright orange glints and a steady stream of fine bubbles. The sensory profile is an explosion of red fruit, opening with intense aromas of wild strawberry, fresh redcurrants, and cherries, accented by a subtle hint of red-berry coulis and sweet spice. On the palate, the wine is energetic and fresh, showcasing a creamy texture and flavors of fragrant summer fruits supported by the characteristic Pinot Noir structure. It is characterized by a long, bright finish that balances fruity ripeness with a racy, mouth-watering acidity. This Brut blend typically consists of 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, and 18% Pinot Meunier, with approximately 12% to 15% still red wine added to provide color and forest-fruit intensity. It has an ABV of 12% to 12.5% and a precise dosage of approximately 6 g/L.
