Wine Description

The wine presents a clear, luminous pale garnet red colour with bright ruby-orange reflections along the rim. An expressive, highly complex bouquet opens with noble aromas of wild sour cherry, red plum, dried raspberry, and blood orange, interwoven with sophisticated notes of crushed dried rose petals, pipe tobacco, crushed flint, leather, liquorice, and subtle forest floor spice. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, taut, and aristocratically structured, delivering concentrated flavours of tart red fruits, pomegranate curd, and savory mineral earth, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity.
