Five generations later, the business remains independent and is renowned for its high quality liqueurs and syrups crafted in the Loire Valley.

The syrup presents a beautiful honey colour with a thick consistency. The aroma is light and sweet, featuring gentle honey like notes. On the palate, it offers a smooth and naturally sweet profile with subtle honeyed nuances and a clean mouthfeel. It is characterized by its high aromatic intensity and is noted for having a sweetening power twice as potent as traditional sugar cane. The alcohol by volume is 0.0%.
