Wine Description

Gigglewater Prosecco displays a pale straw yellow colour with persistent, aggressive bubbles. The nose is fragrant and playful, offering a bouquet of acacia flowers, crunchy Bartlett pears, and apricot layered with a generous spritz of tangerine and lemon. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and juicy, featuring flavours of crisp green apple, white peach, and honeydew melon balanced by a touch of honeyed sweetness and a little minerality. It is characterized by its moussy texture, fine-boned structure, and a clean, dry finish with a hint of almond. This 100% Glera wine is produced using the traditional tank method and typically has an ABV of 11%. While the estate manages its own vineyards using organic methods, this specific DOC bottling is not certified organic. The optimal drinking window for this young, fresh sparkler is from release through two years.
