Wine Description

The Gilbert Pétillant-Naturel Riesling is a sparkling wine made using the traditional méthode ancestrale, resulting in a naturally effervescent beverage. In the glass, it presents a cloudy straw colour, indicative of its unfiltered nature. Aromas of citrus, particularly lemon curd, are complemented by bright apple notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp and textured, with lively citrus flavours and a fine bead that enhances its refreshing character.
