Bolgheri Rosso Superiore "Guado de' Gemoli" by Chiappini is striking for its ability to fully express the characteristics of Bolgheri through the use of international varietals. We are in fact in front of a label elegant and powerful, characterized by an aromatic complexity to the nose truly admirable, capable of evolving for many years, giving new nuances to the complex olfactory range. A decisive and austere bottle, to be matched with great meat and game dishes.
This Bolgheri Rosso Superiore is a robust and structured wine, aged for 20 months in barrique. It has a complex olfactory spectrum, of jam, spices, licorice, tobacco and graphite. Very powerful on the palate, soft, with marked tannins and balsamic persistence.
