Giusti Sparkling Rose

This sparkling wine hails from the Veneto region of Italy, specifically from the 'Rosalia' estate in Nervesa della Battaglia. Established in 2003 by Ermenegildo Giusti, Giusti Wine is rooted in a family winemaking tradition dating back to the 1600s. The winery is dedicated to environmental respect and high-quality production, with the Rosalia estate being particularly significant as it was named in honour of the mother of Mr. Giusti's wife.

Giusti Rosalia Prosecco Rose Millesimato exhibits a delicate pink 'peach blossom' hue with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is elegant and complex, offering intense aromas of golden apple, pink cherry, and nectarine, complemented by floral notes of wisteria and rose petals. On the palate, the wine is fresh and soft with a frothy texture and an intriguing savoury undertone that leads into a persistent, mineral finish.
