Product description

The new Glencadam 10 year old, released at the end of 2008 by (relatively) new owners Angus Dundee. This is styled as 'The Rather Delicate Highland Malt'. Unchill-filtered, with no coloring and bottled at 46% - this is what we like to see.

A tangy and fresh nose with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus bound by a soft vanilla sweetness and baking spices.  The palate is bright and grassy with layers of pineapple, lemon curd and brioche with citrus zest highlights.  Clean and crisp finish with notes of yellow fruits, vanilla pod and nutmeg spices.
