A well-defined, European style Cabernet, from the best area in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Intense colour and long finish bookend this exceptional wine. Fifteen months in French oak barrels, 20% new oak. Harvested from vineyards planted in ‘00 & ‘13. As well, differing elevations, vineyard ages, and soil structures enhance complexity. Pair well with rib roast, venison stew, or lamb chops with a balsamic reduction.
