Wine Description

The wine presents a deep, opaque dark purple garnet colour with vibrant crimson highlights along the rim. An intense and multifaceted bouquet opens with Graham's signature aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cassis, and black cherry, interwoven with alluring notes of mint, eucalyptus, dark chocolate, rockrose, and exotic baking spices. On the palate, it is full bodied, lush, and powerfully built, delivering opulent layers of dark plum, cocoa bean, licorice, and espresso supported by a core of energetic natural acidity. Framed by muscular, fine-grained tannins and a firm schist mineral backbone, it concludes with a remarkably long, velvety, and persistent finish. Composed of a traditional blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousao, and Alicante Bouschet, this historic release offers an optimal drinking window of 2032–2065+.
