Le Citron was crafted to capture the bright, clean essence of fresh lemons, utilizing essential oils extracted from prized citrus groves, including those from Menton, France to deliver an authentic, dry, and zesty citrus profile without relying on heavy artificial sweeteners or additives.

Grey Goose Le Citron is built on the brand's signature base made from 100% soft winter wheat sourced from the Picardie region of France. The wheat is single-origin column-distilled and blended with pure spring water naturally filtered through Champagne limestone in Gensac-la-Pallue. Essential oils derived from fresh, whole lemons are cold-infused into the spirit, preserving the full aromatic spectrum of the fruit from the tart juice to the fragrant, oil-rich rind.

• Aroma: Vibrant and fresh, dominated by sharp lemon zest, citrus blossom, and freshly squeezed lemon juice, backed by a subtle, clean wheat grain backbone.

• Palate: Crisp, lively, and dry on the entry. Upfront flavors of tart lemon peel, subtle Meyer lemon sweetness, and lime zest blend seamlessly with a soft, rounded grain structure and gentle pepper warmth.
