The wine presents a luminous, pale straw yellow colour with subtle greenish highlights in the glass. An inviting and vibrant bouquet opens with fragrant aromas of yellow peach, Meyer lemon, and green apple, interwoven with delicate nuances of white flowers, crushed herbs, and sea salt minerality. On the palate, it is light-to-medium bodied, crisp, and energetic, delivering refreshing flavours of juicy citrus, pear, and tropical fruits supported by a mouthwatering core of natural acidity. Framed by a subtle textural richness gained from brief lees contact, it concludes with a clean, persistent finish marked by a distinct saline trail.
