Product description
Located in the village of Ambonnay, H. Billiot Fils is overseen by Laetitia Billiot. The domaine was established in 1937, and today holds 5 hectares of vines. It is made from a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, and is aged 24 months sur-lattes. One of our favourite Grower Champagne producers! This classy sparkling wine offers round and textured notes of ripe red apple, poached pear, and baking spice.
