Product description
From the Central Coast of California, this wine hails specifically from San Luis Obispo County. Produced under the Booker Wines estate, the Harvey & Harriet label pays homage to winemaker Eric Jensen’s parents. The philosophy behind this project is to craft approachable, high-quality wines that remain accessible, reflecting a dedication to family values and authentic winemaking.
Wine Description
The 2022 White Blend pours a medium golden hue. Aromas of ripe white peach, beeswax, baked bread, and subtle green herbs are complemented by notes of tangerine, pineapple, and honeydew. On the palate, it shows a satiny texture with fresh acidity and mineral undertones. Medium-bodied and balanced, the wine carries a creamy structure that lingers into a long, fragrant finish.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with seared scallops, creamy risotto, grilled chicken with herbs, or fresh summer salads. The combination enhances the wine’s tropical fruit character and creamy oak finish.
