Hennessy Paradis

This luxurious spirit is a Cognac brandy from France, specifically from the Charente region and the Cognac appellation. Hennessy, one of the world's most important and oldest cognac houses, was founded in 1765 by Irish military officer Richard Hennessy. The blend was created in 1979 by Maurice Fillioux, the sixth Master Blender, as an ode to symphonic music, comparing the union of eaux-de-vie to a 'symphonic orchestra' achieving a perfect harmony. The house relies on the exceptional savoir-faire of the Fillioux family, who have served as Master Blenders for eight generations, upholding a tradition of selection, maturation, and blending.

Hennessy Paradis is immediately delightful with its rich copper or amber gold colour. The nose is complex, exuding floral notes of jasmine, delicate floral notes, and dry roses, underpinned by subtle notes of cinnamon and exotic fruit. On the palate, this is a graceful, full-bodied, and perfectly balanced blend. It is both voluptuous and round, combining smoothness and strength with a characteristic silky texture.
