Hennessy XO (Extra Old) was first created in 1870 and remains celebrated for its complexity and depth of flavour. The cognac is an assemblage of over 100 eaux-de-vie that are aged for up to 30 years. The colour is a deep amber hue with glints of mahogany, reflecting its extended maturation. The nose presents a harmonious and intricate bouquet of candied fruit, subtle spices, oak, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, this full-bodied cognac is rich and velvety, unveiling layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, black pepper, prunes, leather, and toasted oak.
