Produced in the heart of France, specifically within the Burgundy region, this Chardonnay represents a blend of high-quality fruit from Saint-Romain and Pouilly-Fuissé. The Buisson family has been cultivating vines in Saint-Romain since 1758, with Henri Buisson establishing the modern vineyard in 1947. Today, brothers Franck and Frédérick Buisson continue this legacy, managing nearly 20 hectares with a steadfast commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture.

Wine Description

This Bourgogne Blanc presents a brilliant, intense straw yellow colour in the glass. The aromatics are expressive, opening with floral notes and white-fleshed fruits, particularly white peach and pear, which evolve toward almond and subtle toasted notes with age. On the palate, the wine is well-rounded and medium-bodied, offering a fresh, juicy structure defined by vivid acidity and lemon citrus. It maintains a beautiful balance between a light creaminess and a saline, mineral finish.
