Spirit Description

The spirit is crystal clear and presents a traditional London Dry style with a light body. The nose is woody and lemon forward, featuring aromatics of juniper and citrus peel. On the palate, it is crisp and dry, offering a complex blend of yuzu lemon, organic cucumber, cinnamon, lemongrass, and coriander seed. The finish is clean and warm with a lingering spicy touch. It is characterized by its balance and freshness, providing an authentic gin experience without the sugar. The alcohol by volume is less than 0.5%.
