The spirit features a lightly pink appearance in the glass. The nose is highly aromatic, presenting a bouquet of rose and violet alongside fresh vegetal notes of cucumber and hibiscus. On the palate, it offers a silky and smooth texture with a harmonious balance of juniper, elderberry flower, and organic rosemary. The finish is clean and refreshing, highlighted by a subtle bitterness and a dash of lemongrass. It provides the complexity of a floral London Dry style gin while remaining sugar free and low in calories. The alcohol by volume is less than 0.5%.
