Wine Description

This 100% Riesling is a pale straw colour with bright green highlights. The sensory profile is fresh and expressive, opening with dashed floral aromas of lily of the valley and elderflower alongside lively citrus zest, spring flowers, and meadows. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, lithe, and energetic, displaying crisp flavours of lemon, lime, yuzu, and green apple with subtle hints of pear. It features a 'detonating' energy and high, frisky acidity that leads to a long, mineral-laced finish with notes of wet slate and stone fruit.
