Wine Description
This Fiano displays a brilliant straw hue in the glass. The nose delivers an expressive, dew fresh meadow bouquet characterized by honeysuckle, lemon blossom, and thyme alongside hints of honeyed stone fruit and subtle herbal nuances. On the palate, it is supple, crisp, and beautifully structured, offering a light to medium body that layers succulent citrus sorbet and vibrant apple freshness with soft hints of brioche and custard powder. The wine exhibits wonderful balance, freshness, and light textual grip that provides a clean, taut, and refreshing finish. Crafted as a 100% Fiano varietal expression, it matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for three months. The wine features an alcohol by volume of 12.8% and is vegan friendly.
Food Pairing
The crisp citrus acidity, subtle stone fruit texture, and bright herbal undertones make this white wine an incredible companion for light, fresh dishes. It pairs wonderfully with fresh seafood, grilled prawns, and pan seared white fish. Structurally, it complements light Italian fare such as an artichoke and potato torta salata, pasta with fresh herbs, and soft or nutty cheeses.
