Aromatic and expressive on the nose, with green apple, lime, and pear, complemented by notes of melon and pineapple. A floral note emerges with air, but the overall impression is that of ripe orchard fruit with a hint of citrus and tropical richness. If you're typically not a fan of Chardonnay, this blend might change your mind! Vermentino is a fantastic complement to Chardonnay, lending refreshing acidity and minerality to Chardonnay's fruit-driven weight. The absence of oak makes this bright and vibrant, with plenty of juicy fruit flavours and a hint of citrus zest.
