Wine Description
Crafted from 100% Gaglioppo, this wine is produced using air-dried grapes that undergo an extended maceration on the skins to enhance its concentration and structural depth. It presents a vibrant ruby colour in the glass, unfolding with fragrant aromas of ripe berries, violets, raisins, and sweet kitchen spices. The palate is full-bodied, complex, and beautifully structured, showing an intriguing roundness, soft tannins, and a pleasantly persistent finish.
