The J de Villebois Sauvignon Blanc presents a beautiful pale yellow colour accented by silver and green highlights. On the nose, it delivers an intense and vibrant aromatic profile featuring green gooseberries, pears, Meyer lemon, and white pepper, elegantly underscored by notes of elderflower and cut grass. The palate is crisp, round, and juicy, combining a medium body with a tense mineral and saline complexity that beautifully mimics the crunch of ripe grapes. Striking a masterful balance between fruitiness and a distinct, simmering acidity, it culminates in a long, flavorful finish with a bright, refreshing touch of bitterness.
