Product description
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire is a premium flavored whiskey liqueur originating from Lynchburg, Tennessee, in the United States. It is crafted by the Jack Daniel Distillery, which was officially registered in 1866 by Jack Daniel and stands as the oldest registered distillery in the country. The historic distillery has been owned and operated by the Brown-Forman Corporation since 1956.
Spirit Description
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire is made by blending the distillery's signature Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey with a proprietary, naturally infused red hot cinnamon liqueur. The base whiskey is produced using iron-free cave spring water and undergoes the historic 'Lincoln County Process', where it is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal before maturing in handcrafted American white oak barrels.
Colour: Warm rich amber with copper highlights.
Aroma: Intense and enticingly sweet. The nose is dominated by candy-like aromas of red hot cinnamon, atomic fireballs, and hot honey, underpinned by subtle notes of vanilla, sugar, and toasted oak.
Palate: Sweet, smooth, and highly spirited on the entry. It delivers a punchy wave of candied cinnamon, sugar syrup, and nutmeg, which gradually gives way to vanilla, dark chocolate, and the familiar, mellow wood-char character of the base Tennessee whiskey.
Body: Medium-bodied with a viscous, velvety mouth-coating sweetness that masks any harsh alcohol bite.
Finish: Long, sweet, and comforting, trailing off with a slow, warming kick of spicy cinnamon and a clean, lingering confectionery heat.
ABV: Bottled at 35% (70 Proof).
