This esteemed white wine originates from the Mosel region of Germany, specifically from the world-famous Wehlener Sonnenuhr ('Sundial of Wehlen') vineyard. The Joh. Jos. Prüm estate was founded in 1911 by Johann Josef Prüm following a family inheritance split, and it has since become one of the most iconic white wine producers in the world. Today, the winery is led by Dr. Manfred Prüm and his daughter Katharina, the fourth generation of the family to manage the estate, maintaining a philosophy of minimal intervention and traditional winemaking.
