Crafted by renowned winemaker Jean-Louis Denois, this Grand Vin Pinot Noir originates from the Haute Vallée de l'Aude in the Languedoc region of France. Denois, a pioneer in introducing noble grape varieties to the Languedoc, employs biodynamic farming practices to produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
