Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon "815" 2019
Since their start in 1996, they have selected the best fruit from growing regions in California, Oregon and Washington which they blend to create more balanced, clean, complex, and elegant wines. They are geared towards continuing to give their customers expressive and food-friendly wines at great prices. What more can you ask for?
The Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black cherries and blackberries with notes of clove and brown sugar. The wine opens with dark, concentrated fruit flavours, followed by velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of vanilla on the long, textured finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: chicken cacciatore, beef stew, strong cheeses, Margherita pizza.
