This Cabernet Sauvignon typically displays a dark, deep colour with aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry, and blackberry, complemented by notes of clove, vanilla, and brown sugar. On the medium-to-full-bodied palate, it opens with concentrated dark fruit flavours followed by velvety, well-structured tannins and hints of cedar, mocha, and toasted spice. The finish is long and textured, often revealing lingering notes of vanilla and coffee. The varietal composition is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for approximately 18 months in American oak (with roughly 25% to 30% new oak) to enhance tannin development. It has an ABV of 13.9% to 14.3% and is produced using sustainable winemaking practices, though it is not certified organic.
