The 2021 Entity pours a deep ruby with purple hues. On the nose, it reveals lifted aromas of dark berries, plum and cassis interwoven with notes of spice, licorice and subtle cedar. The palate is full-bodied yet elegant, offering concentrated layers of blackberry, black cherry and dark chocolate framed by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Hints of graphite and savoury spice add complexity, leading to a long, graceful finish. Crafted entirely from Shiraz sourced from some of Barossa’s finest old vineyards, it shows impressive balance and freshness.
