Located in the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy, the estate is renowned for its pioneering commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Wine Description
The 2024 Drouhin Chambolle Musigny Premier Cru displays a bright ruby colour with glowing crimson reflections. The nose offers an enchanting perfume of dark cherry, fresh raspberry, and crushed violet petals, intertwined with subtle hints of spice and forest floor. On the palate, it is medium bodied with a velvety texture, framed by fine-grained tannins and a vibrant core of red fruit. The finish is remarkably long, clean, and lacy, underscored by a refreshing acidity that gives the wine its signature elegance. Crafted entirely from 100% Pinot Noir, this Premier Cru balances ethereal silkiness with structural depth. Its optimal drinking window spans from 2027 to 2040.
Food Pairing
This delicate yet structured Pinot Noir pairs superbly with roasted duck breast, pan-seared veal chops, or roasted pheasant with herbs. It also pairs wonderfully with earthy mushroom dishes or soft cheeses such as Époisses and Camembert.
Together, they create an unforgettable dining experience.
