The Jost Vineyards Tidal Bay presents a brilliant, pale straw-yellow appearance in the glass with light, youthful greenish highlights. Its sensory profile is wonderfully fresh, aromatic, and expressive, opening with a high-toned bouquet of crisp green apples, ripe pear, and lemon peel, beautifully layered with distinct undertones of golden kiwi, white peach, and wild mountain blossoms.
