Sourced from estate vineyards rooted in deep alluvial soils with gravel and limestone deposits, the vines benefit from a intense mountain climate. Wine Description

The Kaiken Indomito Cabernet Franc presents a deep ruby red colour in the glass with vivid purple and violet reflections along the rim. Its sensory profile is exceptionally fresh, high toned, and fruit forward, delivering an energetic, precise, and approachable portrait of Agrelo terroir. The bouquet opens with a soaring display of crushed tart black cherries, fresh red plums, and cassis, seamlessly layered with complex underlays of fresh red paprika, roasted red pepper, dried violets, graphite, and a subtle line of herbal freshness. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied, sleek, and supple, showcasing a succulent core of dark berry fruit, blood orange zest, and sweet spices. It is characterized by its outstanding inner energy and an incisive, mouthwatering backbone of natural acidity that effortlessly lifts its mid palate weight.
