The Kettle Valley Pinot Gris hails from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, specifically sourced from premium vineyards along the Naramata Bench, Penticton, and Okanagan Falls. Founded in 1987 by Bob Ferguson and Tim Watts, Kettle Valley Winery was the third licensed winery on the Naramata Bench and remains a family-owned operation dedicated to small-lot, high-quality production.
Wine Description
This unique Pinot Gris is famous for its distinctive copper hue and lovely pink tint, a result of the skin contact during the winemaking process. The sensory profile is highly aromatic and full-bodied, featuring a rich mouthfeel and a spicy finish. On the nose and palate, it offers a complex array of classic red and green apples, pear, citrus, and tropical fruit notes. Composed of 100% Pinot Gris, this wine is celebrated for its excellent structure and balance, offering a stylistic blend of freshness and weight.
