The spirit is produced using triple-distilled neutral grain alcohol, infused with classic botanicals alongside a distinct selection of zesty Mediterranean citrus fruits.

Spirit Description

This gin displays a bright, crystal-clear appearance in the glass. The aroma is crisp and vibrant, dominated by pronounced notes of zesty lemon, bitter orange peel, and fresh grapefruit, supported by piney juniper, coriander, and subtle floral undertones. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied with a dry, palate-cleansing texture that brings forward flavours of fresh citrus zest, tart lime, coriander, and earthy angelica root. The finish is crisp, long, and dry, leaving a refreshing trail of lingering citrus rind and delicate juniper spice. Bottled at an ABV of 40%, it delivers an exceptionally fresh, crisp, and well-balanced profile.
