This gin presents a delicate, light rose pink colour in the glass. The nose is soft and sweetly aromatic, opening with dominant notes of ripe strawberries, wild raspberries, and sweet candy fruit, supported by subtle underlying hints of piney juniper, coriander, and zesty citrus peel. On the palate, it is light-bodied with a smooth, approachable sweetness that delivers juicy flavours of fresh red berries, wild strawberry jam, and soft herbal accents. The finish is short, clean, and sweet, leaving behind a lingering taste of fresh strawberries and gentle spice.
