Spirit Description

This gin presents a striking, deep ruby pink colour in the glass. The aroma is rich and highly aromatic, dominated by sweet notes of fresh raspberries, wild strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries, balanced by underlying hints of piney juniper and citrus zest. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied with an approachable sweetness that highlights flavours of ripe red berries, juicy currants, coriander, and subtle floral notes. The finish is smooth, sweet, and fruity, leaving a lingering impression of fresh berry preserves and gentle juniper spice. Bottled at an ABV of 40%, it offers an easy-drinking, vibrant, and well-balanced profile.
