The sensory profile is layered and complex, featuring an aromatic nose of Meyer lemon, pear, and white flowers, which are supported by subtle hints of oak. On the palate, the wine is fleshy, vibrant, and concentrated, showcasing flavours of crisp apple, golden peach, and pineapple, while notes of graham cracker pie crust add a distinctive vein of richness. It is a medium-bodied wine defined by juicy yet balanced acidity that drives a lingering finish. This 100% Chardonnay typically reaches an ABV of approximately 13.5%.
