La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2024 presents a deep ruby colour with translucent clarity and youthful vibrancy. The sensory profile features bright, expressive aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, layered with sophisticated notes of black licorice and exotic tea. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and 'graceful', showcasing a layered mix of black cherry, plum, and boysenberry fruit underpinned by subtle hints of espresso, cocoa nib, and toasted oak. It is characterized by its signature smoothness, firm yet integrated tannins, and a vibrant acidity that drives a long, elegant finish. This 100% Pinot Noir reaches an ABV of 13.5%. While the estate manages all vineyards under strict sustainability protocols and is IWCA certified, this specific bottling is not certified organic.
