The wine presents a brilliant, clear pale gold colour with bright straw yellow reflections along the rim. An expressive, highly perfumed bouquet opens with seductive aromas of fresh white peach, ripe apricot, yellow pear, and honeysuckle blossoms, interwoven with delicate notes of jasmine, orange zest, candied ginger, and subtle white pepper spice. On the palate, it is medium bodied, satiny, and round, delivering generous flavours of juicy peach, nectarine, and citrus curd, all supported by a gentle, mouthwatering core of natural acidity. Framed by a smooth, coat-the-mouth texture from sur lie contact and a balanced mid-palate, it concludes with a clean, fragrant finish marked by lingering stone fruit, floral spice, and a subtle mineral lift.
