This crisp white wine hails from France, specifically the IGP Val de Loire region near the town of Loroux Bottereau in the Loire Valley. Domaine de la Potardiere has been managed by the Couillaud family for several generations, with a winemaking lineage that stretches back to the 1880s.
Wine Description
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale gold appearance with subtle green reflections. On the nose, it offers an inviting and intense bouquet of citrus fruits, gooseberries, and floral notes, often underlined by a distinctive stony minerality. The palate is dry and refreshing, delivering flavors of white stone fruit and grapefruit with a supple entry and excellent balance.
