Their philosophy balances modern techniques with deep respect for tradition, resulting in wines of distinctive character.
Wine Description
This 100% Barbera wine displays a vivid ruby red hue. On the nose, it offers a fragrant bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and hints of violets, underpinned by subtle spice and earthy undertones. The palate is medium to full-bodied, lively with fresh acidity that highlights juicy red fruit flavours, complemented by nuances of licorice and delicate oak. The tannins are polished and fine, leading to a long, vibrant finish that underscores the wine’s purity and elegance.
Food Pairing
Delightful alongside roasted pork tenderloin with herbs, mushroom risotto, or aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano. This pairing highlights the wine’s depth and character, allowing its bright acidity to cut through rich dishes while enhancing its expressive fruit notes.
