Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean coastline, the expression is named "L'Arbre" (Catalan for "The Tree") to symbolize the brand's family roots and deep connection to the land. Formulated to capture the essence of coastal Mediterranean botany, it balances traditional juniper with fresh citrus, aromatic herbs, and local flora.

Spirit Description

L'Arbre Mediterranean Gin is distilled in copper pot stills using high-grade grain neutral spirit infused with Mediterranean botanicals. The blend includes juniper berries, coriander, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, rosemary, thyme, lavender, and angelica root. The result is a bright, highly aromatic gin where herbaceous green notes and sun-ripened citrus harmoniously complement the piney juniper core.

• Colour: Crystal clear, bright, and transparent.

• Aroma: Fresh, herbaceous, and aromatic, opening with vibrant juniper, sweet orange blossom, and fresh lemon zest, underpinned by fragrant wild rosemary, thyme, and delicate lavender.

• Palate: Smooth, balanced, and fresh on the entry. Crisp juniper and sweet citrus yield to savory herbal undertones of rosemary and thyme, with a soft floral touch from lavender and a subtle earthy grounding from angelica.

• Body: Medium-bodied with a clean, smooth, and rounded mouthfeel.

• Finish: Crisp, dry, and medium-long, leaving trailing notes of Mediterranean herbs, citrus peel, and a soft peppery spice.
