Wine Description

This alcohol-free sparkling wine presents a pale, transparent appearance with fine, persistent bubbles. The aromatic profile is delicate yet vibrant, offering notes of lime, citrus, and fresh green apples with subtle hints of white blossoms and a faint mineral undertone. On the palate, it is light-bodied and refreshing, featuring a harmonious blend of yellow stone fruits, rhubarb, and crisp orchard fruit balanced by a lively acidity that prevents it from feeling cloying. The finish is clean and citrus-driven, maintaining a graceful freshness that mirrors a traditional dry Riesling. Produced using a gentle low-temperature vacuum distillation process at approximately 30°C, the wine retains its original terroir-driven character and complex aromas. It is best enjoyed well-chilled between 6°C and 8°C.
