Les Petites Jamelles Blanc is an easy-drinking, modern white wine produced by Les Jamelles in the sun-drenched Languedoc region of Southern France.

Created by Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, master winemakers from Burgundy, the brand was established with the vision of crafting fresh, accessible, and high-quality wines meant for casual, every-day sharing. Sourced under the IGP Terres du Midi classification, this white blend breaks away from the traditionally heavy, over-concentrated whites of the Mediterranean coast, opting instead for a vibrant, crisp, and fruity style.

Wine Description

This wine exhibits a brilliant pale yellow color with green and gold reflections.

• Aromas: The nose is fresh and highly inviting, driven by lively aromas of citrus fruit (lime and grapefruit) and juicy mango, accented by soft floral tones and a touch of bergamot.

• Palate: On the palate, it is light, playful, and elegant, striking a lovely harmony between zesty freshness and fruit roundness.

• Finish: It concludes with a clean, satisfyingly crisp finish that features lingering tropical fruit and a subtle mineral edge.

The wine is an artful, multi-varietal blend composed of Colombard, Grenache Blanc, Terret, Roussanne, and Muscat. Colombard and Terret provide the zesty lime and mineral backbone, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne give the body weight and structure, while Muscat gives the wine its striking exotic fruit lift. To preserve maximum freshness, the grapes are harvested at dawn, directly pressed, and fermented slowly at a cool 15°C. The wine is then aged for 6 months on its fine lees to add a layer of texture and balance. It is bottled under a convenient screwcap and holds an ABV of 12.5%.
