The nose is aromatic and gently complex, offering a 'hazelnut-tinged' bouquet of ripe lemon-apple meringue, grapefruit, and lemon pith. On the palate, the wine is dry and medium-bodied with a lively, harmonious texture featuring flavours of lemon, apple, and melon meringue. It is characterized by its crisp acidity, balanced structure, and a lingering, lightly saline, minerally finish. This 100% Chardonnay typically has an ABV of 12.5%.
