This red wine originates from Canada, specifically from the Okanagan Falls subregion of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. Founded in 2008 by a group led by Ian Macdonald, Liquidity Wines is situated on the historic Allendale vineyard, which has been growing grapes since the 1970s. Liquidity Dividend displays a dark, deep, and rich red colour. The nose is expressive and complex, offering aromas of juicy red strawberry, liquorice, and freshly chopped fennel, alongside notes of bramble fruit and cedar. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, delivering flavours of black cherry, raspberry leaf tea, and blackcurrant balanced by a juicy acidity and soft, elegant tannins. It is characterized by its Bordeaux-style power and finesse, leading to a lengthy and complex finish with smoky nuances.
